Founded in 2010, Sarasota's first craft cocktail lounge was designed to offer a genuine craft cocktail experience. Our mixologists create unique infusions and house-made syrups, ensuring that we cater to all your needs. With their exceptional skills, our mixologists can craft anything to suit your desires.


Jeremy
After winning Season 3 of Chopped, Jeremy's career took off, enabling him to open Cassis in St. Petersburg, Florida in 2010 and the Wooden Rooster. In 2023, Jeremy and his co-investor, Johnathan, purchased Pangea to create a brand-new cocktail experience in Sarasota, Florida.
At Pangea, Duclut curates a unique culinary adventure that transforms late-night dining into a vibrant feast. The menu features an eclectic range of dishes, from creamy hummus infused with bold flavors to succulent steak frites that promise to tantalize every palate. With something for everyone, the experience at Pangea is sure to leave guests captivated and craving more.
PJ
Breaking into the industry in 2018 after learning the basics of mixology, PJ always knew he had a talent for bartending. In 2021, PJ discovered Pangea, which sparked his interest in cocktail craftmanship. After meeting the creator of Pangea, he learned the ways of spirits, syrups, and more; he learned the alchemy behind mixology. PJ began working at Pangea as a manager in late 2024 with the goal of transforming it into a place where everyone can experience the chemistry and art behind bartending—what one might even call the alchemy of mixology.
Looking to the future of Pangea, PJ aims to build the establishment's reputation and recognition. He wants people to know this bar is for the creative and experimental. "We're not just some bar on Main St, we are the Alchemy Lab."
